Online service availability

Online services may change or end. Downloaded files remain yours to use. This applies to the website, web player, and AI voice conversations.

Privacy

We store your account identifier, email address, display name, library access, and credit transactions to provide your Resonant Characters and voice conversations. We do not store payment card details.

Payments

Stripe processes payments for Resonant Characters and voice credits. If you are signed in, we share your account email and order information with Stripe to complete checkout and confirm your purchase. You can also pay before creating an account. We retain the email entered at Stripe checkout with the paid order and link the purchase only after you verify that email in your Resonant Six account. We send a purchase-access email so you can return later. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page. Fourthwall processes merchandise orders.

Voice conversations

Our Resonant Characters use AI-generated voices and responses. When you start a voice conversation, microphone audio is sent to OpenAI to power the conversation. The app does not save recordings or conversation history. Conversations use your account’s voice credits.

Voice safety and access review

Recent transcript fragments are processed temporarily by OpenAI to check for a clear personal under-18 disclosure or immediate real-world danger. We do not save those fragments or raw sensitive conversations. If an intervention occurs, we keep a minimal account-linked record of its category, policy version, time, affected voice session, billing cutoff, and any browser-reported notice playback or closure request.

A clear current under-18 disclosure pauses voice access pending review. If it was misunderstood, contact contact@resonantsix.com from your account email. We record review requests and the review outcome without collecting a birth date through the player. This is a self-declaration policy, not independent age verification. A safety intervention stops further customer voice charges, and real-world support links remain available without credits or sign-in. Your location selection for those links is not saved.

Age confirmations and chat notices

We retain a record when you acknowledge the chat notice or confirm that you are 18 or older for a voice-chat purchase. The record includes your account identifier, the notice wording and version, the date and time, your age confirmation, and the related chat attempt or order. These records are separate from conversation content; we do not collect your birth date through these confirmations.

Your account

Your library and credit balance are stored on the server and remain available between visits. We use a sign-in cookie to connect you to these records, and a temporary checkout cookie to securely confirm a guest purchase in the same browser. Short-lived, hashed connection identifiers limit repeated guest checkout requests. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and account verification and password reset links expire. We send account emails when you register or request a reset. Your email address is not automatically subscribed to marketing emails.

Your own music

Music files and folders you select in the player stay on your device. They are played locally and are not uploaded to Resonant Six or OpenAI. Select them again when you reopen the player.

Music and artwork

Your purchased albums play in the web player and include original lossless WAV downloads. Your purchased characters include animated artwork and a music player to use online or download for offline use. Albums and voice credits are selected separately. Voice conversations are available in the web player only. Access to album playback and downloads is linked to your library.

Advertising measurement

With your permission, we use Google advertising cookies to measure which ads lead to purchases. You can decline and still use the website and checkout. We send the value and an anonymous transaction identifier for a confirmed Resonant Character purchase; we do not send your email address, account identifier, payment card details, or conversation content. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled.

YouTube videos

Our YouTube page uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player to show the series and music videos. The music-video player loads when you open that page and may start automatically. YouTube receives connection and playback information when its player loads or you watch a video. You can also choose to visit our channel on YouTube.
